Recent projects include:

  • Developing a go-to-market strategy for a two-sided procurement marketplace. Connexus Hub first conducted market research to identify competitors and marketplace opportunities. We developed and implemented an integrated marketing plan which included website messaging, print marketing collateral, and strategy for distribution, sales, and human resources. Our strategy helped our client secure additional investment funding.
  • Formulating a partner channel strategy for a technology client. In order to support our client's growth, Connexus Hub developed a bottoms-up and top-down analysis of opportunities with resellers. We developed a scorecard and prioritized the resellers in order to assess and prioritize each partner which supported our strategy for this channel.
  • Market analysis and go-to-market strategy for a new division of an industrial water system client. Our client launched a commercial division as a “start up” within the corporation. Connexus Hub performed a detailed market analysis that resulted in specific go-to-market plans, including market sizing, SWOT, HR, sales, business development, and marketing strategies to accelerate our client's revenue generation and profit potential.
