Who is Connexus Hub?

Connexus Hub keeps federal IT running and federal facilities secure.

We were built around two capabilities that agencies rarely find under one roof. The first is IT support services: network and infrastructure operations, systems administration, cybersecurity and information assurance, and service desk support for users who need an answer the same day. The second is personnel and physical security: special security office support, security clearance and personnel security processing, visitor control, front desk operations, and emergency notification support.

Both sides of the house are staffed by cleared professionals. Connexus Hub holds an active Top Secret/SCI facility clearance, and our security teams work daily in environments that require TS/SCI with counterintelligence polygraph. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, which means the way we onboard people, measure performance, and correct problems is documented and audited rather than improvised.

Who we work for

We have performed for the Department of the Navy, the United States Marine Corps, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Department of Education, the Internal Revenue Service, the General Services Administration, the Department of Agriculture, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Labor, and the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. Several of those relationships have run across multiple contract periods and follow-on awards.

How we staff

Recruiting is a corporate function here, not something we outsource when an award lands. Our in-house recruiters carry cleared and clearable candidates in advance of need, which is why we meet phase-in dates and fill surge requirements without disrupting the incumbent workforce an agency depends on.
