Examples of our Work
Recent projects include:
- Performing a current state assessment of an academic medical research center. Connexus Hub interviewed key stakeholders across clinical, administration and laboratory personnel and identified critical business support and clinical process. We documented current state process maps as well as future state process maps post the implementation of a healthcare technology. We further developed customer communication plans and training materials in support of the change management plan.
